I have just added my voice to those of the many people around the world who are showing they still believe in the Olympic Ideal. The Beijing Games will soon begin, and I am inviting you to make your voice heard at DONTBUYTHEGAMES.ORG.

DONTBUYTHEGAMES.ORG is not calling for a boycott of the Olympic Games. Rather, we are urging the people of the world to unite in calling for a return to the fundamental principles of the Olympic Movement – growing together in peace, harmony and dignity. What we question is the judgment and motivations of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

By uniting at this site, we can take advantage of the media exposure generated by the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing to express our belief in the Olympic Ideal.
