DONTBUYTHEGAMES.ORG (DBTG) is a grassroots initiative, free of all outside influence. It aims to rally the people of the world who share its view concerning the IOC’s irrational decision to award the Olympic Games to China, as well as the IOC’s silence and inaction on human rights issues, and the way these Games have lost sight of true Olympic values.Who is behind DBTG?
A small number of concerned individuals in Quebec, Canada have given their time to this initiative. The idea for DONTBUYTHEGAMES.ORG originally came from Dr. Dominique Garrel, an endocrinologist active in the health and nutrition fields, and was created through his collaboration with Denis Roy, a businessman in the interactive communications field.
